What Our Service Includes

Our Expat Elderly Care packages are designed to provide prevention-focused support, regular health monitoring, and honest updates — not reactive crisis management.

Home visits are strictly conducted by qualified doctors and include:

  • Blood pressure, sugar, heart rate, and oxygen checks
  • Full mobility, cognitive, and mental health assessments
  • Evaluation of emotional wellbeing and social environment
  • Medication monitoring (but no direct delivery)
  • Recommendations for additional services when needed

We help coordinate

  • Physiotherapy for mobility and strength
  • Hygiene support if required
  • Online consults with a nutritionist
  • Mental health referrals to our trusted psychologist
Our aim is to understand the complete picture — medical, emotional, and social — so your loved one receives meaningful support, and you get reliable insight.

Handling Health Concerns

These visits are prevention-focused, but if a health issue arises:
  • We attend ourselves if possible
  • We advise hospital care when necessary
  • Ambulance arrangements can be made, subject to third-party availability
  • Code status and care preferences are always respected

Family Communication

After every visit:
  • You receive a written health report
  • One designated family member has a direct call with our team
  • Optional WhatsApp updates are available for ongoing concerns
Families can also arrange video calls with their loved ones at any time, outside of our formal services.
